Hi Lisa, unfortunately, unlike some of the more technological and complex air purifiers, the Briiv does not provide any feedback on the state of the air quality in the room. So it was impossible for me to include this in the review as I was unable to prove the effectiveness. The beauty of this air purifier is in the aesthetics. I had already had air quality tests done in my home so I knew that we didn’t have a problem. If you are really worried about this and want to see tangible proof that the air quality is improving, I suggest looking at an alternative air purifier that will give you more data. Hi Brian, Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Briiv. Have you fed this back to them? I am sure that they would appreciate your feedback so that they can improve the product. I have had no issues with the buttons myself and find it easy to operate using them. I tend to use the buttons rather than the app as I only turn it on when I am in the room so I can’t really comment on the app. But definitely contact Briiv if you are unhappy.
