Hi Andrew, I’m in the process of relocating office so my chair is in storage for a few weeks since mid-December. I can check this for you when it comes out of storage because I remember off the top of my head. Thank you for a very comprehensive and well written review.

After reading this I can see why a company would send you a product to review.

I have a question about the 5D arm rests. At work we have Herman Miller chairs where the arm rests slide forward, backwards, left, right and they also rotate about 30⁰ from a fixed point near the backrest. You mention the rotation and the forward-backwards adjustments. Do they also slide left to right?

Well, I’m sitting at my new Hinomi H1 Pro Ergonomic Chair right now and very nice it is too.
Much better lumbar support and more adjustment (essentially the headrest adjustment) than my old computer chair and I’m feeling the benefits of that.

Thank you for the very informative Review.
I have been using my existing computer chair for more years than I care to remember. Whilst it still serves its function, it is getting tired and superseded by modern ergonomic computer chairs.
It is a minefield out there and when I bought my old/existing chair it cost almost £400, very expensive for the period, so I shuddered at what the cost might be.
This look like it will be my next purchase, very soon as I’m 72 starting to suffer lumbar back pain and I want to protect that as much as I can.

Ah thank you! Glad you found it useful. I think it’s so important to spend as much as you can on an ergonomic office chair especially if you are sat in it for up to 40 hours a week.
