Gosh that is all so true! I recently changed the colour of my living room to a deep shade of blue (F&B Stiffkey Blue to be more precise) and I feel so much better with it. It’s made such a difference to my mood when in that room. I love discovering new scents for the home too & a Jo Malone candle burning quietly away has such a soothing influence. Great advice & a great blog, thank you xx

Wow, sounds like a great guide! Decorating and designing your own space is definitely a key part of creating a positive mental health. A happy home = a happy life! I like the way you’ve talked through each chapter and given examples here.

I keep trying to give it a go with the tech but after a few hours I find myself falling back into old habits. Must try harder as I know that it will be good for me!

Cate, the Innolux SAD lamp that I have is absolutely amazing. I really can’t recommend it enough! And as an added bonus it comes in really useful for blog photography during the winter! So it is definitely worth it!
